Story board for final film

Story board for final film
Here is the story board for our thriller opening Mine. The storyboard shows the different shots, distances and angles in which we will be filming our work at, which is also followed by the titles which will also come in. The sound and props are also identified in the scenes we will be using them in. The storyboard as shown below sets a clear idea od what will be happening in each shot, what still images we will need to use and highlights (blue) to indicate what will be filmed at the same time. Highlighting the parts which will be filmed at the same time aloud us to use the time we had effectively and not wasting time that we had. As learnt throughout our planning storyboards are a crucial part in making a film as it tells you what you are meant to do in a short yet detailed way.

Animatic of Story Board from Final Cut
Here is shown to be an animatic of the story board above. Looking at the animatic it will show to give insight of how scenes will be run and flow which in this case will be one after another like a short still animation of shots
Overall this task that was set was very useful as we were able to discuss the points and issues we had with the ideas raised in the group making sure that everyone was happy with the idea set. This task was also very useful as planning the storyboard aloud us to focus on what we were going to do making sure we stuck to it and didn't waste time. The storyboard therefore meant that we were able to go out and no exactly what we were going to film instead of wasting time as it was already put on the storyboard.
