Planning target audience

Below i have clearly shown the planning for our target audience. Looking at various thrillers enabled me to see the different ratings they were given and why there were given as some were shown to be more disturbing than others. Planning for the audience was vital as it allowed me to see who watches most thinners and which age group will best suit the thriller we will be making. Overall the audience as shown briefly below was suitable for our film choice as we see that people around this age find thrillers of our choice most interesting.

Although the the film is aimed at 12 year olds it is more specifically aimed at 15 years and above of both genders of those interested in super natural (humans) thrillers that is based on ghastly figures which have been used to influence human life. The people who watch this will experience a bit of excitement as well as shocking scenes but not to the extent where they jump out of there seats. The super natural thriller of our choice will be making intertextual reference to the tudors and different scenes and characters which followed on from this era of time.
