Mood Board/Initial Ideas
As a group we have decided to base our thriller as a supernatural sub-genre. We are keen on the idea of a girl who seems to have an 'imaginary friend' but they turn her and persuade her to kill a number of people.
Researching people and places, we decided to base our ghostly 'imaginary friend' upon the Tudor Thomas Culpeper. He was a groom to Henry 8th and was involved in an affair with Henry's 5th wife Katherine Howard and for this they were both beheaded. Using these real life events we saw this as a starting point as to why his ghost may want to return, as we had found a location that we believe was named after him.
