Evaluation 4: Who would be the audience for your media product?

The general target audiences for a thriller is manly based at the age range between 18, which will feature gruesome scenes, violence, murder, disturbing scenes that are usually very disturbing to watch.Our film opening is targeted at people both males and females aged between 15 as it will not display gruesome scenes.

More specifically our target audience will be for the 15+ year olds of both genders who are interested in super-natural beings and ghostly figures who can have an influence on an human life. It will be aimed at the person who wants to experience a bit of a fright but who doesn't want to be terrified in their seat. As our film will have historic references it will also be aimed people interested in the Tudor dynasty and the scandalous happenings and characters that followed from this era.

Overall i think the target audience for our film opening was represented well as it used the conventions you would expect to see in most films aged between 15+
